Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Expert IT Analyst for the Nordic Wallets & eCom ART to bridge business and technology, translating regulatory and market requirements into actionable deliveries. You will work across digital wallets, e-commerce journeys and payment flows while leveraging AI-assisted analysis to accelerate discovery and documentation.

The role is based in Helsinki, Finland or Tricity, Poland, with a hybrid working model and a focus on secure, customer-centered payment experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Expert Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Requirements Engineer or comparable role.
• Experience translating business and regulatory needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, backlog refinement, documentation and test preparation.
• Practical understanding of Context Engineering for AI-assisted analysis and software delivery.
• Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders with different perspectives.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery setups and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Digital Euro requirements, frameworks and market developments and assess their impact on Nordea’s payment landscape.
• Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops involving business, product, architecture, security and operations.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog refinement and delivery prioritisation.
• Create clear documentation and presentations for technical and management audiences.
• Act as trusted advisor on Digital Euro and related payment innovations.
