Job summary

Adven is seeking a Manager, Marketing and Communications (Online and SoMe) to own and develop its digital presence from a global marketing perspective. You will renew the website and strengthen customer journeys across the Group’s social channels, using data and insights.

The role requires Finnish native content creation and fluent English, with 3+ years in marketing/communications. Based in Vantaa, this parental leave replacement starts December 2026, reporting to SVP Sustainability, Marketing

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of customer journeys in B2B digital marketing.
• Experience with website CMS platforms and analytics to improve performance.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead website renewal and manage the implementation with a partner.
• Develop digital customer journeys across website and social channels.
• Drive analytics to improve digital presence and engagement.
• Lead group and local social media, content creation and employer branding.
• Localize marketing activities for the Finnish market.
