Job summary

Veikkaus is seeking a Development Manager for the EGM Solutions team to lead hardware and software development for gaming devices. You will guide autonomous teams, translate visions into increments, and collaborate with business and technology units.

The role requires agile experience, strong communication in English and Finnish, and proven management skills. The position is hybrid with office in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile development processes and projects.
• Outstanding communication in English and Finnish.
• Proven management experience.
• Relevant BA/MA or polytechnic degree.
• Hybrid work setup with office in Helsinki at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of development teams.
• Identify customer and business needs with other units.
• Coordinate work with teams, managers and owners in incremental planning.
• Develop working processes with the team.
• Clarify strategy and align team with company goals.
• Coach team members.
