You will join the CRM & Advisor Tools Tribe, where we develop digital solutions that support customer and advisory processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies. As a Developer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals and learn how business needs are transformed into secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
During the program, you will gain hands‑on experience in software development, requirements analysis, testing, and deployments while working with technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform. You will also learn how AI-assisted development is shaping modern software engineering and how AI tools can be used responsibly to support development work. Along the way, you will develop your understanding of integrations, data, security, and compliance in a modern financial services environment.
Throughout the trainee journey, you will strengthen both your technical expertise and business understanding while collaborating with developers, analysts, and other technology professionals.
Our ideal candidate is a final‑year student or recent graduate with an interest in software development, digital business solutions, and modern cloud technologies. Your background may be in information technology, business information systems, software engineering, or another relevant field.
You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are interested in understanding how business needs are translated into digital solutions, while exploring how emerging technologies such as AI are shaping modern software development.
You may already have some experience with programming, software development projects, cloud technologies, or AI‑assisted development through your studies, work experience, or personal projects. Previous experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform is not required. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for developing your skills in a modern technology environment.
The CRM & Advisor Tools Tribe develops solutions that support customer service and advisory work across OP Pohjola. We work with modern Microsoft technologies and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology professionals. Our work combines software development, business understanding, and the high standards of quality, security, and compliance required in the financial sector.

You will be employed by OP Pohjola for a paid six‑month contract from March 1 to August 31, 2027, and we offer the same salary to you and all trainee colleagues; €3,200 per month.
