Riverty in Turku is seeking a Process Manager Debt Collection (m/f/d) to lead the efficiency and profitability of our debt collection processes. You will collaborate with local and international teams to drive change and improve customer operations.

You will monitor KPIs, implement continuous improvements, and align processes with industry best practices while enhancing customer experience. Flexible hybrid work location in Turku with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within the Debt Collection process in Finland.
• Strong prioritization and ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration of all processes, aligning with industry best practices.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of our current product and customer operations processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to develop sustainable solutions that boost productivity and effectiveness.
