XTX Markets is seeking a skilled Datacentre Operations Specialist to support a multi-megawatt colocated datacentre in Kajaani, Finland. The role covers ongoing construction phases and commissioning of mechanical, cooling, electrical, and automation systems.

The position is full-time and based in Kajaani, with on-call requirements and potential overtime during peak periods or maintenance windows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacentre operations or related industrial ops.
• Experience with data centre infrastructure: power, cooling, automation.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day datacentre infrastructure ops including automation and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime and coordinate with engineering and facilities teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs for data centre operations.
• Communicate planned maintenance and downtime with stakeholders.
