Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial management, information technology, energy, environmental management, or another relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quality-management framework for data center operations.
• Monitor compliance with operational processes, service requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and internal assessments.
• Support regulatory reporting and documentation activities.
• Lead or participate in root-cause analyses of incidents and non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement across data center operations and change-management processes.
