Job summary

You will handle escalation with L3, update documentation, and contribute to process improvements, while maintaining strong English communication and hands-on familiarity with servers and Unix/Linux systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of datacenters, and server equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical experience of troubleshooting.
• Advanced skills working with the Unix/Linux operating system and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.
• Proactiveness and sense of responsibility.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot challenging server hardware issues with in-depth diagnostics.
• Manage hardware problems with workarounds and solutions.
• Handle L1/L2 tasks via ticket system.
• Update processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Collaborate with L3 to improve SLA with complex diagnostics.
• Improve support processes, docs, and training materials.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support.
