Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an experienced Data Centre Project Manager (BMS) to lead BMS projects across Finland and the Nordic region. You will manage execution from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and top-quality delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in data centres or related fields, excellent communication, and ability to travel within Finland and the Nordic region. A company car or car allowance and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within Data Centres, construction, building services, or automation.
• Experience delivering complex projects in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Data Centre BMS projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Take ownership of project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final project handover.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders.
