Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead all project quality activities across large-scale data centre projects in Europe.

You will ensure compliance with the Winthrop IMS, develop ITPs and quality procedures, and drive continuous improvement through audits, inspections, and NCR management. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, client representatives, and commissioning teams to promote a culture of quality excellence from construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management or QA/QC within construction.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of project-specific Quality Plans.
• Ensure works comply with IMS, including QHSE and Environmental requirements.
• Develop and maintain ITPs, procedures, and inspection programmes.
• Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance.
• Oversee subcontractors' quality management and inspections.
• Review quality documentation, test records, and turnover packages.
• Manage NCRs and corrective/preventative actions.
• Liaise with client quality reps and project stakeholders.
• Support construction, commissioning, and handover with quality documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive QA culture.
• Mentor site-based quality personnel; report quality metrics to leadership.
• Produce quality performance reports for project leadership.
