Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality on our turnkey data centre projects across Europe. You will plan audits, ensure policy compliance on site, and coordinate test packs and handover documentation.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction QA, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency with Autodesk BIM360 Field. Strong people management and scheduling skills are essential. Competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar construction QA role, with experience on commercial, industrial, pharma or data centre projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field on site projects.
• Strong leadership,Staffing and scheduling abilities.
• Process-driven with a focus on quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify quality control.
• Ensure quality policies are understood and applied on site.
• Generate project-specific quality plans as required.
• Coordinate test packs and final handover documentation.
• Supervise inspectors and manage quality records and calibration.
• Collaborate with client QA representatives to resolve issues.
