Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably as a main contractor.
• Substantial experience with a variety of engineering projects, especially data centres.
• A sound knowledge of typical production rates and contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bid and construction programmes.
• Account management for clients, building long-term partnerships.
• Prepare progress reviews for senior management.
