Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction, ideally with data centre and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with coordination of numerous sub-contractors.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage governance and management control systems.
• Monitor overall team performance and safety measures.
• Manage and administer relevant contracts to protect client’s interests.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project progress.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and analytic skills

Leadership experience

Computer skills including Microsoft365

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-directed and team player

Education

University Degree in engineering or construction related field
