A leading data centre delivery partner is seeking a Civils Lead for a major Data Centre project in Kirkkonummi, Finland. This role involves managing all Civil activities, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have 7+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects. Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in CSA/construction industry, ideally in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages throughout the project.
• Oversee site safety in collaboration with the safety team.
• Manage site QA/QC activities in conjunction with project teams.
• Support cost tracking and collaborate with the QS team.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and documentation.
