Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Electrical Project Director to join our Data Centre team in Oulu, Finland. You will lead large-scale data centre projects from feasibility through construction and completion, coordinating clients, contractors and designers to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

With extensive on-site leadership, you will develop strategies, manage budgets and risks, and drive innovations in the data centre real estate sector, while guiding the project team and reporting

Qualifications

• University degree in an electrical/construction field or trade qualification.
• Minimum 12 years’ work experience in construction, including experience in large scale mission critical projects.
• Track record of delivering the construction of hyperscale Data Centre projects ideally from inception to completion.
• Experience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation is desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles at all levels.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Providing thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and innovations in the Data Centre real estate sector

Responsibilities

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database
  • Providing thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and innovations in theData Centre real estate sector
