Job summary

Mehiläinen in Helsinki is seeking a D365FO System Specialist to join the Finance department in Kamppi. You will be part of a global D365FO team, collaborating with finance and IT to support and optimize finance operations across Finland and internationally.

You will drive automation of finance processes in D365FO and Power Platform, participate in system integrations, and help define requirements with external consultants. Fluent English is required, Finnish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365FO as a key user or in a similar role.
• Experience in D365FO integration projects or system implementations is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of D365FO and strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in global D365FO system integration projects from the finance user perspective.
• Develop and automate finance processes within D365FO and Power Platform for efficiency.
• Define requirements for new technical integrations in D365FO with IT and consultants.
• Provide support and guidance to finance teams in Finland and globally.
• Assist testing, training and adoption of new D365FO features for users.
• Collaborate with internal finance, IT teams and external consultants.
