Job summary

Tokmanni Oy is seeking an experienced CSRD Reporting Expert to lead CSRD reporting and related development projects within the Sustainability team. This fixed‑term parental leave replacement role focuses on delivering high‑quality sustainability disclosures and compliance with ESRS across the organization.

The position requires hands‑on CSRD experience, data collection and reporting content development, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CSRD reporting experience (listed company or consultant)
• Proven data collection, data management and CSRD content drafting
• Deep ESRS standards knowledge and applying them in CSRD reporting
• Strong written communication skills in Finnish and English
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of CSRD reporting process
• Collect, analyze, validate, and manage sustainability data
• Prepare and develop CSRD report content per ESRS requirements
• Interpret regulations and translate into practical reporting actions
• Support update and development of Double Materiality Assessment
• Develop reporting processes, data management, and tools
• Produce and review materials in Finnish and English; coordinate translations
• Collaborate across sustainability, finance, HR, procurement, legal, marketing, and assurance providers
