SoftwareOne Finland seeks a Country Lead to drive growth, profitability, and strategic direction with full P&L responsibility. You will lead the Finnish business, shape local and regional strategies, and collaborate with Nordic stakeholders to deliver client value.

You will partner with leaders to develop teams, manage performance, and uphold a people-first culture while ensuring alignment with broader Nordic strategy.

We are looking for a Country Lead in SoftwareOne Finland to join our Nordic leadership team and drive the continued growth and success of SoftwareOne in Finland. With full P&L responsibility, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of the Finnish business, ensuring a continued focus on a people-first culture. Working closely with local and Nordic stakeholders, you will help drive sustainable growth, strengthen our market position, and ensure we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As Country Lead, you will balance business growth, operational performance, and people leadership, while supporting collaboration across the Nordic region and contributing to SoftwareOne's broader strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SoftwareOne Finland with responsibility for business performance, growth and profitability
• Develop and execute local and regional strategies that support sustainable growth and strengthen our position in the Finnish market
• Support, develop, and coach leaders and teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring customers receive consistent value from our services and solutions
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance, ensuring the business delivers against agreed objectives
• Collaborate closely with Nordic and global stakeholders to align priorities, share knowledge, and support delivery of strategic initiatives

Job Requirements

• Significant leadership experience, including responsibility for business performance, organizational development, and commercial outcomes
• Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and driving business growth
