Job summary

Sodexo Oy is seeking a skilled cook for Viikki manor in Helsinki. The role focuses on preparing high-quality meals for lunch, catering and celebrations while strictly following recipes and using professional kitchen equipment safely.

You will also participate in cleaning, self-monitoring and unloading tasks, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have relevant culinary education and several years of experience, with strong teamwork and Finnish language skills

Job description

Cook at Sodexo's Viikki manor in Helsinki. Prepare high-quality meals for lunch, catering and celebrations; follow recipes, use a range of professional kitchen equipment safely, take part in other kitchen tasks (cleaning, self-monitoring, unloading), and provide customer service. We look for someone with relevant culinary education (e.g., cook, large-scale cook, restaurateur) and several years of experience in preparing lunch, conference and representation meals; customer service is natural for you; good teamwork and communication skills; you work smoothly and can organize tasks independently; Hygienic pass and serving license are a plus; Finnish language skills are essential for the job.
