Job summary

AiCan Happy People Oy is recruiting cooks for autumn and Pikkujoulukauden season across the Helsinki area. We offer varied shifts in à la carte restaurants, hotels and event venues, with day, evening and weekend options depending on the venue.

As a cook you will be responsible for high-quality food preparation and smooth kitchen operations, including prep, finishing, and plating as well as HACCP and hygiene management, collaborating with kitchen and dining staff.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant kitchen experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and good stress tolerance are valued.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts.
• A hygiene passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Handling and pre-preparation of ingredients.
• Preparation of à la carte dishes.
• Preparation of buffet and event service.
• Finishing and plating of dishes.

Kokkeja needed for autumn and Pikkujoulukauden season in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We are seeking skilled cooks to strengthen our client companies' kitchens across the Helsinki area. There are diverse gig opportunities in à la carte restaurants, hotels and event and catering venues. Shifts focus on day, evening and weekend depending on the venue.

As a cook you are responsible for high-quality food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
