Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of a major 50MW data centre in Mikkeli, Finland. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and ensure safety, quality and programme alignment.

This 12-month Design & Build contract requires strong leadership on large-scale projects, fluency in Finnish and English, and proven experience with main contractors, design coordination and complex MEP deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Project Manager on major projects.
• Main contractor / Design & Build experience
• Strong subcontractor and package management experience
• Data centre, critical infrastructure or complex MEP experience highly desirable
• Fluent Finnish and English

You’ll take a key role in construction delivery, managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
