Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks a Construction Engineer for a Finland-based Data Centre project. The role oversees day-to-day construction activities, coordinates subcontractors and site teams, and ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery on a 2-year contract.

Ideal candidates have data centre project experience and can manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting. Must be onsite in Finland and available as a freelancer/contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Engineer in Data Centers or large-scale projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be onsite in Finland and available to work on a freelance/contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across the Data Centre project.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical documentation, and construction methodologies.
• Support project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to ensure milestones are achieved.
