Job summary

Laminar Projects is a high-end project management consultancy and tech developer focused on upgrading construction delivery. We seek a hands-on Project Planning role to enhance delivery of complex projects using planning software and data-driven strategies.

You’ll own project plans, drive improvements, and collaborate with our planning discipline directors. We value growth, practical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans while travelling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• You must have a construction engineering background with 2+ years on construction projects, plus strong Excel skills and an interest in data.
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English, plus leadership capabilities and proactive mindset.
• You should be able to translate complex plans into actionable tasks and drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan: manage one or more project plans and ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially
• Own the outcome: ensure the team understands and focuses on the plan
• Report and inform: provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels
• Make scalable solutions: develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team
• Develop everyone: support personal and professional growth of your team and clients
