Job summary

Coor Service Management AI Oy is seeking a front desk coordinator to manage mail rounds, couriers, and access control at sites in Vantaa. The role is on-call yet permanent, with weekday shifts from 7:45 to 16:15, and onboarding plus employee benefits including lunch and other perks.

Fluency in Finnish and English is required, along with strong IT skills (M365 and access-control systems). Prior guard-card-ready experience is preferred, and the position follows the facilities services workers'

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and self-direction.
• Accuracy and own-work management are essential.
• Guard-card-ready front desk experience and a valid guard card preferred.
• Fluent Finnish and English; strong IT skills including M365 and access-control systems.

Responsibilities
