Job summary

Hansen Technologies in Espoo is seeking a Software Development Manager – Cloud Solutions to lead and scale our MDM cloud platform. Based in our Espoo office, you will guide teams delivering scalable, cloud-based software for energy and utilities customers.

You will shape architecture, drive DevOps practices, and partner with product management and QA to ensure reliable, secure solutions for millions of end users.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a software development/engineering manager role.
• Proven experience building and operating cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow software engineers across multiple Scrum teams.
• Drive predictable delivery aligned with product and technology strategy.
• Uphold high standards for quality, security, scalability, CI/CD, observability and DevOps.
• Improve productivity and processes to increase throughput and developer satisfaction.
• Champion AI adoption to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, QA, DevSecOps, and other Development Managers.
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions, supporting technical decisions.
