Job summary

Vincit is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to join the Commerce team. You will design, automate, and maintain scalable cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP while collaborating with developers and customers.

The role emphasizes problem solving, security, observability, and pre-sales support. You will work with a portfolio of digital commerce customers, balancing maintenance with migration planning, and contributing to architecture decisions and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience designing, operating, and developing cloud environments incl. infra, networking, security, and automation.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Maintain environments with upgrades, patches, migrations, and production issue response.
• Support development teams to ensure reliable, secure, observable platforms.
• Create and manage infrastructure as code and automation with Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Handle security and access management as part of daily platform work.
• Improve monitoring and observability to ensure performance and reliability.
• Contribute to solution design, proposals, cost estimates, and pre-sales discussions.
