Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team. You’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center, assisting clients with day-to-day banking needs and guiding them to the right specialists.

This on-site, full-time role may involve travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance. You’ll help deliver a great client experience by engaging with customers, solving problems, and promoting mobile banking tools.
