Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our frontline team. You will process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions with accuracy while delivering a friendly, efficient customer experience and advising on suitable banking solutions.

In this role you will identify customer needs, refer to the right TD products, resolve questions using standard procedures, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic internet use.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures and regulations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customers’ questions and refer non-standard cases as needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to provide clear, appropriate banking guidance.
• Support team by collaborating and keeping colleagues updated on routine activities
• Promote operational excellence and suggest improvements where possible
• Deliver quality customer experiences and maintain TD’s standards of service.
