Normet is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer, Concrete Spraying to drive process technology development in Iisalmi, Tampere or Espoo. You will lead automation and design efforts for SmartSpray and related systems, working with a global team to improve productivity, safety and quality.

The role requires a strong background in mobile machinery or automation, 5+ years as a lead engineer, and expertise in 3D design with Autodesk Inventor. English fluency is essential; Finnish is an asset.
