Nitor seeks a Strategy & Transformation Coach to work with client leadership at the AI and data frontier, turning fuzzy ambitions into executable plans. You’ll lead from discovery to real change, bridging business and technology, and ensuring the client can run the transformation themselves.

You’ll shape governance, operating models, and roadmaps, aligning with mature business needs and technical feasibility, while coaching leaders to sustain value after we leave.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy and transformation initiatives at business/tech interface.
• Ability to articulate AI/data-enabled change and governance models.
• Proven track record working with senior leaders up to C-level.

Responsibilities

• Structure client ambitions into actionable transformation programs.
• Shape AI and data strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
