We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant located in the heart of Helsinki. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, values high-quality ingredients, and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences while respecting the traditions and authentic flavors of Indian cuisine.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes a wide range of daily kitchen duties, such as preparing and cooking dishes, handling and preparing ingredients, finishing and presenting dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities also include maintaining consistent food quality, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and following all food safety, hygiene, and self-monitoring requirements.

We expect the successful candidate to work efficiently during busy service hours, collaborate closely with the kitchen team, and contribute to the daily organization and continuous improvement of kitchen operations.
