Powered by the Aurora® Platform, we combine AI-driven automation with the expertise of our security teams to deliver security operations that help customers stay ahead of evolving threats. Today, cyber risk is one of the most significant business challenges organizations face. As attackers move faster and leverage AI to scale their efforts, traditional approaches to security are struggling to keep pace. That's why we take a different approach. Our AI-native platform and Agentic SOC operate at machine speed, enabling organizations to adopt an operations-led security model that delivers faster time to value, measurable risk reduction, and stronger security outcomes. At Arctic Wolf, we're not just responding to the future of cybersecurity, we're helping shape it.

  • Own pipeline management and sales forecasting, maintaining accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and driving opportunities through to close.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and strategic growth objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Drive the adoption and sales of new technologies and solutions across the partner ecosystem.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new qualifying partners while effectively managing channel alignment through proactive communication and adherence to Arctic Wolf's channel program guidelines.
What You'll Bring

  • Experience developing and executing business and marketing plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Solid understanding of and experience working within a distribution channel sales model.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing business.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with a focus on driving partner and business success.
