Job summary

Spring House in Turku is seeking one or two part-time career coaches to support autumn coaching programs. Coaching occurs in Turku and nearby municipalities with flexible scheduling, durations from 5 to 40 days, and potential substitutes. Start as soon as September.

You will work with job-seeking clients to set goals and advise on employment or education decisions, focusing on immigrants and plain-language coaching in the autumn.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in coaching or guidance.
• At least a lower university degree.
• Excellent Finnish language skills.

Are you passionate about coaching and guiding people toward meaningful careers? Do you already have some experience in career coaching? Spring House is looking to add one or two career coaches to support autumn coaching programs.

The role is part-time, with flexible scheduling; coaching durations range from 5 to 40 days, typically two weeks, and occasional substitutes are possible. Coaching happens in Turku with possible nearby municipalities. We hope you can start as soon as September.

As a coach you will work with job-seeking clients to set goals and help them with employment or education decisions, including guidance in choosing a profession and recognizing strengths.

We offer job-seeking and career coaching for diverse target groups (e.g., immigrants, plain language clients, capable jobseekers, digital emphasis, youth, general career coaching). In autumn, emphasis is on immigrant job seekers and plain-language coaching.

Requirements

• at least one year of relevant experience
• at least a lower university degree
• excellent Finnish language skills

We also value a guiding approach, functional methods, coaching education, and English language ability; existing professional networks and local knowledge are a plus.
