Job summary

Arctic GM Experiences OY is seeking a reliable Car Manager to keep company vehicles safe, clean, and ready for tours. You will coordinate with guides, arrange vehicles for tours, and handle GPS systems and routine maintenance.

The role requires hands-on management, independence in emergencies, and strong teamwork to ensure smooth operations in varied weather at Rovaniemi location. Seasonal, fixed-term engagement from Oct 15, 2026 to Mar 31, 2027.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for the company vehicles.
• Regularly check vehicle condition, safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Prepare vehicles for tours and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate vehicles between guides according to tour schedules.
• Install and maintain GPS tracking systems in vehicles.
• Track maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Identify and report mechanical or technical problems.
• Coordinate servicing, tire changes and other vehicle needs.
• Assist guides with vehicle-related issues during tours.
• Respond to and assist in emergency situations when needed.
• Ensure vehicles are equipped for different tours and conditions.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Car Manager to join our team! As our Car Manager, you will be responsible for keeping our company vehicles safe, clean, well‑maintained, and ready for tours. You will work closely with our guides and ensure the right vehicle is available and in good condition when needed.

Responsibilities

• – Manage and take care of the company’s vehicles
• – Regularly check vehicle condition, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance
• – Prepare vehicles for tours and ensure they are ready for use
• – Arrange and coordinate vehicles between guides according to tour schedules
• – Install and maintain GPS tracking systems in vehicles
• – Keep track of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs
• – Identify and report mechanical or technical problems
• – Coordinate servicing, repairs, tire changes, and other vehicle-related needs
• – Assist guides with vehicle-related issues during tours
• – Respond to and rescue vehicles in emergency situations when needed
• – Ensure vehicles are properly equipped and prepared for different tours and conditions

We are looking for someone who
