Job summary

The Icebreaking Company Oy seeks a Café Manager and a Café Shift Leader for the winter season in Kemi Lapland to launch a new Café concept. You will be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, staff duties, product display, orders, and ensuring hygiene and compliance with self-monitoring guidelines.

You will oversee daily activities, the quality of customer service, and team leadership, while also participating in hands-on customer service and sales development.

Qualifications

• Experience in the café, restaurant or tourism industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Fluency in English and good Finnish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the new Café concept.
• Organize staff duties, product display, and orders.
• Ensure hygiene and compliance with self-monitoring guidelines.
• Oversee daily activities and customer service quality, and lead the team.
