Requirements

• Experience in network construction, infrastructure, the energy sector, or technical trade is required
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential
• The position can be based at the Vantaa headquarters, the Hyvinkää logistics center, or other Ahlsell locations in Finland, and involves travel to meet customers and suppliers
• Experience in business development and achieving commercial goals
• Knowledge of network construction, infrastructure, energy sector, or technical trade environment
• Ability to build long-term customer and partner relationships
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
• Inspiring and goal-oriented people management skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English
