Coor Service Management Oy is seeking a building caretaker for Riihimäki. The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week) with shifts Monday–Friday between 7:00–15:00.

We are now seeking a building caretaker for Riihimäki.
Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week). Start date upon agreement. Shifts are Monday–Friday between 7:00–15:00.
As a building caretaker, your duties include the upkeep and maintenance of properties in your area. You will conduct daily inspection rounds, report faults or deficiencies, and perform minor repair tasks. You will also take care of exterior area maintenance depending on the season. We hope you will be on-call during your familiarisation with client assignments. You will work closely with Coor’s teams and the client-site staff to ensure smooth communication with building users. we are looking for someone who already knows daily property maintenance well, has a good sense of customer service, is proud of their expertise and can share it with others. In addition you need: previous experience in building maintenance and winter works (2–3 years preferred); fluent Finnish; B-class driving licence.
