Job summary

Coor is seeking a Technical Property Maintenance Technician for a site in Helsinki’s Vallila district. The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week) with weekday shifts 7:00 to 17:00.

You will monitor and regulate heating, ventilation, water and automation systems, locate faults, repair minor faults and handle various property maintenance tasks. We expect 2–3 years of relevant experience, a customer‑oriented attitude, a B driving license, and a degree relevant to the task is an asset.

• Safety card and hot-work card are expected; training can be arranged after start.

We are now seeking a TECHNICAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for a site in Helsinki’s Vallila district. Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week). Start date is by agreement. Shifts are weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00.

In this role you will monitor, supervise and regulate technical systems in your area, such as heating, ventilation, water and automation systems. Your responsibilities include locating causes of faults, repairing minor faults and a variety of property maintenance tasks. We also hope you will be on‑call when you are familiar with the client site.
