Job summary

Coor Service Management Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Technical Property Caretaker to monitor and manage technical systems within a prestigious site. The role covers heating, ventilation, water, and automation, with fault diagnosis and minor repairs.

Qualifications

We are now looking for a TECHNICAL PROPERTY CARETAKER for a site located in Vallila, Helsinki!

Employment: permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week)

Start date: as agreed

Working hours: weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00

In this role, you will be responsible for the monitoring, supervision, and adjustment of technical systems in your area, such as heating, ventilation, water, and automation systems. Your work includes locating the causes of faults, repairing minor defects, and a wide variety of tasks related to property care and maintenance. We hope that you are available for on-call duty once you have become familiar with the customer site.

Additionally, you need:

The person selected for the position will undergo drug testing, a credit check, and a brief security clearance. You will need an occupational safety card and a hot work permit for the role, but training can be arranged after the employment begins.
