Job summary

Coor Service Management Oy in Espoo is seeking a Technical Building Caretaker to join our Finnish team. The permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) starts by agreement, with weekday shifts 07:00 to 15:00.

You will monitor and maintain the technical systems of our client sites, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with Coor teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires several years in building maintenance and fluent Finnish.

Qualifications

• You are a building maintenance professional with a customer-service mindset.
• Several years of building maintenance experience.
• Fluent Finnish and a valid B-class driving licence.

• You will monitor and supervise the technical systems of the buildings in your area, including heating, ventilation, water, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Your duties include locating fault causes, performing minor repairs, and carrying out a variety of building maintenance tasks.
• You will work closely with Coor teams and client staff, ensuring smooth communication with building users.

Coor is one of the Nordic region's leading property services companies. In Finland, the property maintenance division employs more than 150 professionals handling maintenance and grounds tasks across multiple locations from Hanko to Rovaniemi. We are looking for a Technical Building Caretaker to Espoo.

Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week).

Start date by agreement.

Shifts are on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00.
