Job summary

Kiinteistöpalvelu Räsänen Oy is seeking building caretakers to perform basic repair tasks and maintenance in Espoo and Helsinki. These full-time, permanent positions run Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm, with on-call duties outside hours and occasional seasonal work. Ideal candidates are familiar with building tech and systems and must hold a driving licence. You’ll work independently or in a team, with daily resident contact.

Are you a property maintenance professional who can handle basic repair tasks independently? Now is a great opportunity to join our team!

There are full-time, permanent positions available in Espoo and Helsinki.

We are looking for building caretakers who are familiar with building technology equipment, software, and systems and who communicate well with customers and stakeholders.

We work as a team and help each other.

Our main operation is located in Espoon Olarinluoma and Helsinki maintenance yard in Malmi.

The Helsinki area currently covers Malmi and mainly East Helsinki.

About the work: On the open market there are full-time, permanent roles, primarily from Monday to Friday 8 am–4 pm, but the job includes on-call duties outside standard hours, seasonal work, and occasional on-call weeks with appropriate compensation.

Work is done both independently and in teams, with daily interaction with residents and other stakeholders.

A driving licence is an absolute requirement for this job.
