Job summary

ISS Palvelut Oy in Oulu seeks a skilled building caretaker to maintain an education site in Kaukovainio. Responsibilities include fault repairs, routine maintenance, and monitoring of building automation systems.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in building maintenance or similar.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Building caretaker for our client site in Oulu. In this role you will be responsible for the facility maintenance of an education site in Kaukovainio, Oulu.

Your duties include a range of indoor tasks such as fault repairs and maintenance work, as well as tuning and monitoring of building automation systems.

Your shifts are typically weekdays 7:00–15:00. This is a full-time, permanent position with start date as soon as possible upon agreement.

The position offers a wage in line with the Kiinteistöpalvelualan työehtosopimus pay grade 3 (13.22 €/h) plus possible shift allowances based on actual hours and potential education allowance based on completed qualification.

Qualifications and requirements

• a professional qualification in building maintenance
• at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• a B-driver’s license with own car
• fire safety and first‑aid certificates (training provided if needed)

• the ability to organise work with the customer and your team
• proficient Finnish language skills
