Job summary

Luotea hakee kiinteistönhoitajaa Uudenmaan alueelle. Työ on kokopäiväinen (37,5 h/vk) ja vakituinen. Päätehtäviä ovat rakennusten tekninen ylläpito, laitteiden ja järjestelmien tarkastukset, vikojen havaitseminen ja raportointi sekä kiinteistöjen toimintakyvyn ja turvallisuuden varmistaminen.

Työ on mobiilia asiakaskohteisiin Uudenmaan alueella; oma toimistomme sijaitsee Vantaalla. Työaika on 37,5 h/viikossa, palkka TES pl 6 (15,30 €/h) + lisiä.

Job description

Sijainti: Uusimaa. Employment type: Full-time (37.5h/week), permanent. Salary: Building services sector collective agreement TES pl 6 (15.30 €/h) + allowances. Start: As per contract / early September. Shifts: Shifts from Monday to Sunday between 05:00 and 18:00, with possible on-call duties.

As a building caretaker you will be responsible for a variety of property maintenance tasks at our client sites and other customer locations. Your duties include technical upkeep of buildings, inspections of equipment and systems, fault detection and reporting, and ensuring overall functionality and safety of properties. Also includes outdoor area maintenance and various maintenance, upkeep, and seasonal works. The job is mobile with client sites across Uusimaa; our own office is in Vantaa. Mechanical operation skills and on-call readiness are beneficial. We offer varied workdays with autonomy, flexibility, and strong customer-service attitude.

Requirements

several years of experience in field tasks; relevant qualification is an advantage; driving license B and ideally prior machine-operation skills; fluent Finnish; flexibility and proactivity, especially willingness to take on on-call shifts; safety card and hot-work card are advantageous. Pre-employment drug testing is required.
