HPP is a leading business law firm seeking an Event and Marketing Specialist to strengthen the brand’s visibility through planning and delivering client events, managing brand materials and maintaining HubSpot CRM. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and the Communications Specialist to support growth and ensure a high-quality brand experience.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant higher education qualification or other suitable education or training.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in planning and delivering events.
• Experience of using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A client-focused service mindset.
• A keen eye for branding, visual identity and detail.
• A proactive, responsible approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

• Plan, coordinate and deliver client and stakeholder events from start to finish to strengthen relationships and build the brand.
• Maintain client data in HubSpot and coordinate invitation processes.
• Support marketing and communications, including event promotion and content creation, and contribute to social media and website content.
