Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo seeks a Brand Designer to own brand identity across touchpoints, from decks to conference booths, with hands-on production for a heavy output schedule.

You’ll shape typography, layout and image treatment, build templates and collaborate with printers and external studios. Motion/3D are optional; strong English communication is essential for a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio led by brand and graphic design.
• 2+ years in a brand or graphic design role.
• Strong typography and layout craft.
• Proficient in presentation design under time pressure.
• Print production literacy: bleed, colour, stock, proofs.
• Figma native, professional-grade InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Experience briefing and reviewing work from external studios/vendors.
• Hands-on contributor in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand identity in practice across touchpoints and markets.
• Design decks and documents; build reusable templates.
• Create event and exhibition graphics including booth design and large-format print.
• Prepare artwork for printers and production partners, from small leave-behinds to wall graphics.
• Design digital and social visuals, campaigns and web graphics.
• Extend collateral systems to templated, self-service solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to speed up production and scale templates.
