Job summary

ICEYE invites a Workplace Space Planner to optimize seating and space across Finland sites. You will maintain ICEYE’s global facilities registry, coordinate moves, and prepare layouts for fit-outs while supporting international site inputs. This role blends hybrid on-site work with collaborative planning across teams.

You will work in a dynamic, global scale-up environment with growth opportunities, operational ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in workspace planning or facilities/interior coordination.
• Experience producing floor plans/layouts or test fits.
• Experience with workplace concepts and change management related to projects.
• Proficiency with design/drafting software and a workplace-management tool.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of phased workplace projects and dependencies.
• Able to manage multiple moves or projects with strong organization.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage seating, moves and space allocation across ICEYE's Finland sites.
• Own and maintain a global registry of ICEYE's facilities, rooms and access points.
• Prepare layout plans and test fits for office fit-outs and renovations.
• Track furniture and equipment needs and order ahead of need.
• Select and run the tools used for space planning and facility reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan space that works for everyone.
• Provide ad hoc input on new international sites when requested.
