Finnplay is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Commercial Director in implementing B2B marketing plans in Espoo, Finland. The role requires regular office presence in Keilaniemi.

You will manage budgets, coordinate events, partner with agencies, maintain the website, and contribute to lead generation through CRM and content.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in marketing at a B2B tech or software company, strong English, and experience with HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in a similar marketing role, preferably with a B2B technology or software company
• Excellent English communication and basic copywriting for social media
• Experience organising and attending exhibitions and events

Responsibilities

• Managing marketing budgets, cost control, and supplier performance
• Organizing Finnplay participation in trade shows and events
• Managing relationships with third party marketing partners and coordinating projects
• Maintaining and updating the Finnplay website
• Helping with design and production of merchandise and marketing materials; copywriting for social media
