Job summary

ReOrbit is seeking a proactive IT Admin and Support Specialist to manage Azure, AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune for our Helsinki office and global operations. The role focuses on IAM, device lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, security controls, and end-user support across locations.

You will collaborate with global IT teams to maintain secure, available, and standardized services while handling incident response and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT administration and end-user support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Entra ID, M365, and Intune.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, SSO, endpoint security, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in a multi-site or international IT environment collaborating with global teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure platform architecture, provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Drive infrastructure automation including provisioning, configuration management, and self-healing systems.
• Own availability, redundancy, failover, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID including users, groups, and policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing.
• Own Intune and MDM administration, including device lifecycle management.
• Deploy and maintain standardised laptop and mobile configurations.
• Manage Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning for devices.
• Implement and support SSO and identity integrations.
• Support both local and cloud infrastructure including Windows and hybrid servers.
• Help implement global security policies, processes, standards and IT controls.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and licensing for employees.
• Provide hands-on IT support for Helsinki staff and remote support for other locations.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and support activities.
