Job summary

Cognizant Finland is seeking an experienced Intune Administrator to manage Microsoft Intune and related endpoint services for secure, compliant, and automated device lifecycle management.

The role requires 5–8+ years of hands-on enterprise experience, and you will collaborate with security, service management, and business stakeholders to keep the digital workplace resilient across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on Intune Administrator experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Experience with SCCM co-management and endpoint security.
• Ability to work within ITSM controls (change, incident, problem, security, audit).

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate enrolment for Windows, Apple, Android, and iOS devices including Windows Autopilot.
• Manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, update rings and conditional access.
• Package, assign, deploy, update, and retire applications through Intune (Win32 delivery).
• Operate co-management with SCCM where applicable.
• Monitor device health, deployment status, compliance, encryption, and remediation outcomes.
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Apple Business Manager and reporting services.
• Troubleshoot enrolment, policy, application, certificate, update, and compliance issues.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where authorised.
• Handle incidents, changes, and ITSM documentation and audit evidence.

About The Team / Business Unit

This role sits within our client's Infrastructure and Digital Workplace Services organisation, delivered by Cognizant as part of an updated enterprise support model. The team is responsible for the Endpoint & Modern Device Management tower, working closely with security, service management, and business stakeholders to keep the client's technology estate resilient, secure, and future-ready across Finland.

About You

You bring hands-on expertise across Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID conditional access, with experience packaging and deploying applications and troubleshooting enrolment and compliance issues across multiple device platforms.

Your Key Result Areas

• Configure and operate enrolment for Windows, Apple, Android, and iOS devices, including Windows Autopilot.
• Manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, update rings, application protection, and conditional access dependencies.
• Package, assign, deploy, update, and retire applications through Intune, including Win32 application delivery.
• Operate co-management and workload transition with Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM where applicable.
• Monitor device health, deployment status, compliance, encryption, endpoint security, and remediation outcomes.
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Apple Business Manager, managed Google Play, and reporting services.
• Troubleshoot enrolment, policy, application, certificate, update, and compliance issues across supported device platforms.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where authorised.
• Handle incidents, requests, changes, problem records, knowledge articles, SOPs, and audit evidence through ITSM.

Must Haves

Required & nice to have Skills:

• 5-8+ years of hands‑on experience as a Intune Administrator (or equivalent Administrator role) within enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot and Entra ID, Conditional Access and device identity.
• Demonstrated experience in SCCM / Configuration Manager co‑management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security.
• Ability to work within enterprise change, incident, problem, security, audit, and service management (ITSM) controls.
• Strong ownership, analytical troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and documentation discipline.
