Job summary

Mehiläinen is seeking a Senior System Specialist to join the Modern Workplace and Device Management team in Finland, focusing on either Microsoft365 or Active Directory and EntraID. You will own architecture, security, and lifecycle for the chosen domain and contribute to cross‑team collaboration to keep the enterprise environment reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• Strong senior-level experience in Microsoft365 and/or Active Directory & Microsoft EntraID.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one of these areas and a good understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in designing, developing, administering, and securing enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Good understanding of identity, authentication, security, and modern security principles such as Zero Trust and least privilege.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation.
• Ability to take technical ownership and translate business and security requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Good collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different technical teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to continuously develop your skills and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Microsoft365 or Active Directory & EntraID depending on expertise.
• Develop, administer, and secure the Microsoft 365 environment and own selected services.
• Develop and own AD and EntraID environments, including architecture, security, lifecycle, and improvements.
• Develop technical solutions and PowerShell automation; define standards and best practices; collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, app, and endpoint teams.
